Hollandaise sauce

I’ve tried a couple of recipes for a vegan hollandaise sauce. They’re much easier than non-vegan hollandaise because you don’t have to worry about curdling eggs, but they’re still a bit of a faff. Opening a jar is easier!

Battle

I’ve been battling with apparently weird browser behaviour today, a symptom of caching diagnosed by comparing the local development site against the live site with the same style sheet with its version number incremented to force the use of a fresh copy, not a cached copy.

It wasn’t the browser cache; it wasn’t the server cache; it wasn’t the plugin cache; it was Cloudflare’s cache – of course.

In Cloudflare, I switched on developer mode and purged its cache. Expected behaviour resumed. I win!
