Pork Chops

Mustard pork chops, green beans, and potato dauphinoise. Wine: Domaine de la Janasse Châteaneuf-du-Pape Vieilles Vignes 1998.

I don't think there is a better way to prepare potatoes than this. The wine is our last of three bottles (from the first wine auction we participated in), and it will be missed.
