Fun with the bubble wrap

Started the day catching up with friends at the village coffee morning and in the afternoon I gardened. I uncovered all the plants that I had covered up for the winter, checked them over and watered the ones that were dry. All seemed to have survived and lots were putting on new growth. The discarded fleece and bubble wrap provided plenty of amusement for the two cats from next door. However the fun had to stop as I’ve covered most of the plants again as it’s meant to get colder next week. Did some weeding and planted some polyanthus, saxifrage and aubretia A grey day with a little drizzle in the late afternoon.
