A Fixed Axed Axe that is. I totally split (along the grain) the handle on our axe the other day. Luckily we have a bag press at work which we normally use for forming flexi ply around moulds. Due to the awkward shape of the handle, a vice or clamps would only worsen the PVA glue bond.
The axe will be tested tomorrow....
