Let there be light!

This might seem like a bizarre photo, but it is a memorable event from today. We’re not great at DIY and this light in our hall has been hanging on by a loose-screw thread for years.

Today, I pulled out the toolkit and got it fixed, with spring-toggle screws and all. Then I had a big mug of tea and a cheese scone :P
