Sprouts are for all year round, not just Christmas
I love sprouts. Here are the sprouts that I roasted tonight with broccoli and halloumi, then served with baby spinach and flatbreads. I know that it looks healthy, but I have to confess that immediately after eating this I wolved down a big dollop of trifle left over from yesterday's supper with Jack.
I didn't sleep well last night so gave running a miss today in favour of working on my journal article. There is just one substantial section to go now. I hope that I will have the full draft of it ready to pass on to Bruce in the next couple of days.
Exercise today: none.
