Looking contrite
And so he should, Millie too.
Our walk through the forest was fine, the next part along the road uneventful, and then we passed what I thought was one electrical repair van.
Unfortunately there were two, and as we got to the second, a guy appeared with a long pole in one hand and a length of cable in the other. In addition, he turned to yell at his mate , which completely discombobulated Millie.
Long story short, Millie went in one direction, and Mr W the other, spinning me round in a circle, resulting in what I think would have been termed a perfect face plant.
Fortunately my landing spot was soft grass, but my attempts to get up again, still holding onto the leads of two het up pooches were not pretty.
Once I was up, the guy with the pole, etc., offered to stand back and let us pass.
I declined, and after thanking the motorists that had stopped, we made our way back to the car.
I think I will change our walking route for a while.
