Vapes

I've never used a vaping product, or anything that might be ingested into my lungs - never seen the reason for it. 
But, going by the bin, these wee sticky labels are the new cellophane and silvery paper that used to be discarded from any packet of fags that a punter purchased and didn't promptly put in the bin. 

If this is the mess that the wee stickers make to the bin, what mess are the actual devices making if they're being improperly disposed of?
