ARRRRR! 'ere Be Pirates!

I was rearranging my books when I came across this much prized possession from 1966. It's a fascinating series of biographies of pirate DJs (many now gone to that great studio in the sky) and their stations (all of them gone).

There is, of course, one English language station missing. Here is a clue.
