Derelict

This is the hottest I've noted this summer. It got up to 39C today. That's about the start of what I call "hot". The advantage is I don't feel any pressure to do anything useful.
I did go for a walk this morning and came back very sweaty so it was straight into the pool which kept me going for most of the day before another dip this afternoon.
It was beautiful, but the March flies are the worst I've seen them at present so you need to stay almost submerged. If it had been Silly Saturday you could have had a blip of me walking in the pool armed with a net and insect spray killing any I could find.
The derelict blip is the remains of the house on the brother-in-laws block which burnt down several years ago.
