The nights are fair drawing in.

Last night the littlest and I drove south to my parents for a sneaky wee break to catch up with some friends today.

First up a visit to my old flatmate, appropriately on the first day of Wimbledon, in Andy Murray's home town and then over to the outskirts of our capital city to meet my bridesmaid and her wee boy.

It was great to chat with both lovely ladies and show off my handsome, smiley little boy.

Home to my parents for the evening and an overnight stay.
