Chocolate...

A bit of an emergency blip, as I've been juggling various bits of household stuff during the day. The most important of which has been baking a cake for Jack's birthday tomorrow. Chocolate beetroot cake, from the Green and Black's chocolate cookery book, an old favourite that I haven't revisited for a while.
It looks a bit craggy on top, but smells good :-)
