Crossed

It didn't feel like a good night, but I actually slept on to till 8am, so I will take that as a positive.

A quiet day, just chilling. You're going to have to put up with boring blips for the moment, whilst my arm is still recovering. I still don't have full movement.

I feel like I might have turned a corner this weekend though. Everything crossed that this continues and I can put this nightmare behind me.

Sad news today, as we lost another Welsh rugby legend in Barry John, the King.
