The Holy Island

…………………………….of Lindisfarne was the venue for my date today after brunch on the way to the causeway. It was a bit of a grey day which eventually turned to rain before we arrived back to the car. We did manage a good wander though. My main shows one of the boat sheds which are looking a bit sorry for themselves at the moment. An extra of a different view of the castle.

I picked the boys up on the way home and handed over the car, heating on and cosied up with a blanket on the sofa for the evening.
