Discovery

We walked at Emsworth this morning. Much to the delight of Andy and Merlin, the bakery has reopened and so a pastie was purchased and consumed. As we walked along the quayside we noted the old stone houses running at right angles to the foreshore. Although we’ve walked here many times we’d not previously discovered the small lane along which they sit. It was a fascinating place with old stone buildings, walled gardens and this view at the end of the lane where steps lead down to the foreshore.

Grateful today:
- To be able to rest between dog walks.
- To discover a new and interesting nook in Emsworth.
- To Andy for looking at the wheelbarrow tyre.
