Buckets of Bolts
Our daughters gave us a Christmas gift (?) that is going to be an ongoing project for a long time to come. (Spoiler alert- it will be a blip one day, when I am even shorter of ideas than I have been lately.)
One task is to describe the earliest family cars that I can remember. Since I have made a stab at sketching recently, after an over five decade hiatus, I decided to attempt to sketch them rather than describe them.
Your task, should your accept it, is to name the make of as many as you can and the approximate year of each.
Failure to do so may end my sketching comeback forever. That could be heartbreaking…or not….
(My dad bought the top car for $10 (!) when it was 10 years old, for my mother to learn to drive. She learned and got her license in two years. He then sold it back to the brother of the original owner for $5. He then drove it for two more years.
The other two were the ‘family cars’ for the six of us. Neither had back seats. We sat on the floor! Different times… )
