Ploughing

We went along to see the Black Isle Ploughing competition which was just along the road at Tore. A great way for the farmer to have his field ploughed.We saw it all marked up as we went to Dingwall on Thursday. Lots of little flags marking where each tractor had to plough. Some great looking tractors of all ages from very vintage to huge modern ones.
We picked up some soup and a few bits from the farm shop and then headed to Inverness to get a car wash.
We drove back along the Beauly Firth. The tide was still along way out so not many birds around.
