Forced Yorkshire rhubarb

This is such a miserable time of year, one of the little bits of joy is forced Yorkshire rhubarb - grown in the dark and harvested by candlelight, only grown in the rhubarb triangle - it is very different to other rhubarb and I absolutely love it. I’ve been poaching some this afternoon.
