Another disturbed night with the thigh muscle spasms but the intensity was less severe so taking that as a win.
 
Took a car full or recycle stuff to the tip, Kassie came along for the ride and we did a quick walk on the way home.
 
Then I did the final border on blanket 1.  Conventional temperature blankets run January to December but this one is to match the countdown I blipped on 11 January i.e. August to July  – anything to be different!
 
The extra is the blanket turned round to show December & January clearer.
