Mummy hazelh's plait

Monday is hair-washing night for Mummy hazelh. I usually put it in a plait for her afterwards. I love the way that it shows off the natural highlights in  her hair.

I'm very keen to finish my journal article before we set off on holiday at the weekend, so this morning I reverted to my old habit of getting up super-early and firing up my computer while the rest of the population is fast asleep. I worked steadily all day, but I still have some way to go before I see the finish line.
