Happy to be out

Eight years(!?) since the date-that-wasn't-a-date and we got chance to use our Christmas vouchers for a date day to celebrate.

After dropping Owen off with Louisa's Mum & Dad we went over to Telford for the cinema where we decided to re-enact the laughable slow motion adverts before the trailers with people 'watching' films by pointing and laughing at them in a way that nobody has ever done, ever. 
We actually went to see All Of Us Strangers - most definitely not a point and laugh film that left me feeling emotionally bruised by the end.

We got to discuss the film and the inexplicable fact that we've been together 8 years (it really doesn't feel that long) over a romantic Nando's!

I do still feel incredibly lucky to have found someone that I can point and laugh at films with over an enormous bag of popcorn.
