Litter

A beautiful day, a nice and relaxed walk with Caspar. All seems well.
And then this. Who is the bastard that did this? The next village is 1.5km in both directions, so the person most probably came by car.
Most of it was cardboard, but it also had plastic bags. Boxes with only a label of the contents, not of the addressee. A pity, it prevents that the litterer be found.
And why? Paper and cardboard can be disposed of without any costs. Every second week the waste paper bin is emptied. And if someone has too much, it can be brought to the tip, free too.
