Few calls and emails today ref potential projects about to kick off. Finally the film industry seems to be re-emerging after the strikes.

More yeses to the conference invite and some willing sponsors. Met with the chair late afternoon for coffee and it seems I have the support of several members of the committee who agree the email sender from Friday is ‘throwing their dummy out’. So new motto keep calm and carry on regardless.

Swam 3/4 mile again this evening and it was my 4th fastest. Finding myself unable to sleep again so awake at 4am writing this. Niggly headache that won’t shift.
