Confit Salad

Salad with chicken confit, olives, and brie. Wine: Domaine Jamet Vin de Pays des Collines Rhodaniennes Syrah 2017.

I had duck confit on a salad at a restaurant in Bordeaux when I spent a semester abroad on 2010. It was a woman idea and one I have not replaced at home as often as I should. I had chicken confit on hand which also works well.
