Nia twins ;O)

Kathy & I = twins - especially when we wear the same top ;O)
I'm still loving the joy of movement ~ Nia, and practicing on the beach is very fulfilling to me. We start earlier in the summer to beat some of the heat but the beautiful ocean is right there and most often there is a cool breeze blowing over us. See the gorgeous blue water right behind us?
