Con Gousto
After three years of living in the house, me commuting to London two or normally three times a week, the office in the barn being my home for the two other days, we have a routine going for living here. One of which is Gousto (and before that the irritatingly named Hello Fresh! With the exclamation mark). Vikram does the mid week cooking and choosing menus and delivery. There is a knack with choosing and with cooking these kits and if you don’t rush it and do chose well you normally get a really delicious meal in good time with minimal waste and no shopping. Tonight’s was udon with pork and carrots. Spicy and delicious we ate the lot and finished with the first rhubarb of the season. And then an incredibly creepy episode of True Detective.
The day was spent in the barn office, doing zooms about the International versions where everyone got a bit scratchy. Walked first thing but didn’t manage a walk at lunchtime.
