After the culinary disappointment of yesterday, Pat decided that she would make Mexican Tacos for lunch. She has all the necessary ingredients including the mandatory gluten free tacos.

Today’s Blipfoto shows the result. The photo was taken by Pat and will no doubt appear on the Facebook Gluten Free Group she is a member of.

The food, as always was delicious.

We have an ‘appointment’ to try the commercial offering at Guardbridge this Saturday.

I do wonder if it will be as good. I doubt it will be better.

Quick change of subject. ‘Pat 2’ is a great enthusiast for assembling jigsaws. A few weeks ago we presented her with one created by a local artist.

Pat 2 had assembled one by this particular artist before and enjoyed it as she found it quite challenging.

Today Pat received a plaintive email from Pat 2 wondering how a jigsaw with five corners could be assembled!
