Ruffled

A Goldcrest looking slightly cross and ruffled in the breezy conditions.  

Speaking of slightly cross and ruffled .....   In February everything with the car comes up for action.  Having been cleaned inside and out it has now been serviced and I've paid my Vehicle Tax (what I used to call Road Tax).  I've also just had my insurance renewal - despite there being no claims in the last 12 months and no change to any of my details,  my lovely Insurers' want to increase the premium 33%.  So now I need to get on-line and compare the various insurers offers to see if my current insurers are out of kilter with the market generally.  I can think of an awful lot of other things I'd rather be doing with my time.
