Box painting

First coat of paint done on my potential new 'jewellery' box.  I am intending to make a design with plastic diamonds on it.  I wanted a base coat of paint underneath.  I went with a shade - Naples Yellow - that will match the colour of the bedroom walls!  It's a much paler shade than it looks in the photo.

I am looking forward to having a new project to work on for a while.
