Can you feel it?

Not the best night. Brain wouldn't switch off.

I think I overdid it yesterday and paying the price for it today now. I was going to rest, but then my morning got hijacked by my CEO. As he's skiing in the Alps at the moment, he couldn't attend a meeting so got me to jump on it instead.

So there I was acting CEO for a few hours.  I've given myself a 50% pay increase and now only work 3 days a week.  Lol!

Interviewing in the afternoon, a bit better than yesterday and then the last candidate give me a nice warm fuzzy feeling. That moment when you realise that you've actually got someone who can make a difference. Decision time now.

I hope to have a better night.
