Land of tree and flood

with this scene left over from yesterday’s constant rain, where does it all come from and certainly a change from Spain last week, where there is a serious lack of water. Even Las Vegas and California have been flooded this week, crazy stuff, wee change tomorrow though, it looks like snow.
