A lovely walk with Django in the morning, followed by my first swim in a swimming pool (as opposed to wild swimming) since before Covid. Wild swimming is great but I can't stay long, and I need to exercise my shoulder..
Then I worked on the photo book, made two quiches - one to take away, the other to finish the leftover pastry - and went to a Biodanza leaving do. It was a sad but lovely evening.
