Meeting of oceans

St. Kitts
There is a howling gale at this iconic high spot on St Kitts where the Caribbean and the Atlantic oceans  are divided by a thin line of islands.
I nearly get blown away when I get out of our open air bus.
The  tour of the island turns out to be a sightseeing visit to all the wealthy homes which the bus driver says:“ This is where the doctors, lawyers politicians and Mafia live. “ 
I think he is a real estate salesman. 
What happened to the promised visit to the Botanical Gardens, I ask. He shrugs and walks away.
