Assessment

In 2012 our earthquake damages were repaired. The cowboys who laid the tiles did such a terrible job that we are now negotiating further repairs. Our builder visited today to measure the deck which is likely to need to be rebuilt. 
We don't imagine this will happen any time soon and we are not looking forward to the process.
