Orca & Dolphins!

The rescheduled whale-watching trip went ahead today and it was wonderful! We didn’t get out to deep waters to look for whales as within 15 minutes of leaving, the crew tracked Orca - 2 adults, a juvenile and a baby … we watched for about an hour. They came very close to the boat! 

Then the crew announced that we were surrounded by a massive pod of 800-900 dusky dolphins - they were everywhere! Splashing, racing, leaping … it was amazing to see so many. No whales, but an unforgettable trip.
