Seriously?

Warmer indoors

Cold and grey, but not so much that Rufus and I didn't enjoy more than an hour of squirrel hunting (him not me!) this morning.  While watching the woofer I'm also listening to Paul O"Grady's  "Eddie Albert and the Amazing Animal Gang" - book 2. Read, or rather performed, by Paul O" Grady, with a supporting cast of actors. I thoroughly reccommend this delightful, funny and wonderful entertainment, suitable for children (at heart) of all ages who talk to their animals :)

Finally started setting up the new TV that's sat in splendour in the lounge for a week - then realized I had no AAA batteries for the remote so a quick trip to Asda where impulse purchases, especially in the clothes section,  made them the most expensive batteries I've ever bought.

Four of us for dinner - bro (who cooked), older nephew, niece and self.  Then William and I finished setting up Google TV after which, once all had left,  I enjoyed channel and app hopping, (playing with my new toy) before settling to watch more West Wing. By the time Rufus reminded me that his evening walk was long overdue, the cold and steady rain meant it was just a bit of a sprint round the block. Sorry laddie.

Later: forgot to add that today is the anniversary of the earthquake in Turkey and land and the horror that unfolded in subsequent days, weeks....
