Rhubarb just peeping through

Isnt that a sign of spring. Looking forward to crumble, pie and just stewed with custard.

Last year the dog trampled all my rhubarb plants through barking at the dog next door and leaping about. So i dug them up and cut pieces off them then dug over a new patch fertilised it fenced it off and planted 6 plants and all 6 are coming up. I am so pleased. Hopefully it will make a good size patch as time goes by. I might not be hear to see it but i hope someone enjoys it.
My neighbour had a huge rhubarb patch then he died and the people who bought the house just ruined the garden and all the rhubarb is dead now.

Its been a nice day so had a nice walk at a new spot today. A lot of new sniffs for the dog.
