Interesting bus ride this morning.

Bus driver took a wrong turn which resulted in me being 30 minutes late for work. One woman was particularly irate with him and wasn't afraid to show it. Despite his mistake, you should still try to be civil and understanding. 

Funnily enough, there was a "Be Kind" poster displayed  at the front of the bus. Clearly she did not see it.
