Positives
Sunshine, blue sky, no wind, green space, the sea in the distance... all good, really.
It was 2º when I left the house for my Midweek Workout. That was about 10.30 according to Strava. 100% enjoyment - even the lungbursting, uphill parts.
I did suffer a bit of energy deficit in the afternoon, but I still managed to finish the housework tasks I did not get to on Monday or Tuesday.
I got my Blip near the top of the Parkrun course's killer hill - I was on my bike rather than running.
