Dog walk

A day off. I wasn’t able to go out on cycle ride with a friend on Monday but managed do a Zwift session on the smart bike trainer and a Pilates session from YouTube.

Other bits caught up with before a dog walk.

A few weeks ago mark and I made it a mission one dog walk to pick up all the dog poo bags that had been filled and tossed into the undergrowth and up into the trees. We filled 2 large dog poo bags with other people’s dog poo. That was a lot of poo. Today I saw a new bag tossed onto the hedgerow by someone, some people are disgusting.
