A wee dusting

It was a lovely surprise to find a dusting of snow out there this morning. It was a stunning sunny drive down to West Linton to get my hair cut first thing. It was too nice to go straight home so called in here at Rutherford Golf Course for a wee walk before it all melted. 

Then it was back home to package up some makes from yesterday and get stock made-up ready to take to The Glencorse Centre tomorrow. 

It was off to my art class this evening - first in a block of four creating a sea/beachscape in oils. First time working with them, they're super messy (and smell) but I really love the texture. We got our base colours down (sky, water, and beach) today and will add in layers and textures over the coming weeks.
