A lovely gift

A lovely kind gift received in beautiful packaging from a lovely blip friend which I have started stitching already this evening.

Trip to the vets this morning.  One of the guinea pigs woke with a tilted head and appearing very off balance.  Of course by the time I rushed him to the vets at 9am he seemed completely normal again.  The vet had given me antibiotics for him anyway as a precaution as there was definitely something up with him, probably an ear infection or something affecting his ear.  He seems fine this evening which is a relief.  

I was late into work but made a point of going to the office because I am not busy so better to be seen there, than idle at home.  More CPD and a review.  It felt good to be back reviewing.
