Identify yourself!

Can anyone confirm please that this is a Common Darter (Damselfly?) I have googled and I think he may be but not 100% sure!

How typical...I have been on the hunt to blip one of these for ages but they are never around when I have my camera with me. I was in the garden having a cuppa when he turned up. I had my little point and shot close by (typical!), its heavily cropped....not the best but my first attempt at one with a dodgy camera!!

Anyway, Happy Tuesday everyone, is a glorious day and I hope the sun stays out for hubby to enjoy mow the lawns after work!!
