Grandmother's Footsteps
Wandered Climbed up into the Cuillins overlooking Loch Coruisk after a short boat ride from Elgol this morning. These red deer were most definitely playing Grandmother's footsteps, every time I climbed a little higher up I'd turn around to find them even closer. They even stayed when S finally finished his photography and came up to join me. So tame in the end that they laid down for a snooze just meters away. I now have more photos of the deer (2 adults, 2 adolescents and 1 tiny fawn) than I do of the Loch itself!
