Spinach Soup

BP first then home for shower then a drive over to Tooting.  I arrived just as No.1 was getting home (very sad, they had attended a funeral of friend's baby - died at 22 weeks so had to go through funeral for the poor baby).  She was sad and reflective but we chatted and had soup (spinach soup, which tasted much better than it sounds, especially with creme fraiche in the top).  We made progress with N's baby quilt and eventually got it finished.  We talked about who would be the next baby announcement?  Bitter sweet.

Home by 9.20 and OH had got a tray laid with a glass,, jacket potato and chilli in the oven, but I was past food and had a hot chocolate and two shortbread fingers.

I screen shotted the recipe so she could make some next week.  Pottasium levels are still low so spinach is the way forward!
