Cedric Salaun - Passenans

Our favourite Vigneron (wine producer) in this area. Cedric lives with his father and children in this wonderful house/wine producing building. His wife died some years ago, but somehow he has picked up the pieces and continued. He is a special person and always very welcoming. He likes to practice his English and is very proud that we visit him when we holiday in France. His 2012 wine was not ready, he let us taste some, and then let us buy some on the condition that we put it in our cellar until 2014. No problem, it will be worth the wait.
