Bring Sally Down

Some mornings I don’t want to workout. Anyone else with me on this ? This morning I argued with myself for 30 minutes about whether or not I should work out. I finally stopped wasting time and went to the garage . Today is legs! Have you ever heard the song Flower? I think it’s better known as Bring Sally Up. When working out you can either do squats or pushups to the song . Every time they say Bring Sally Down or Bring Sally Up , you get in the correct position. The song goes on for 3.5 minutes. Needless to say my legs are always screaming at me when I’m done .
