‘Chicken Liver Parfait’
A short stay at a rather nice hotel just outside Pitlochry to celebrate MollyG’s birthday (and our 20th wedding anniversary), culminating tonight in an amazing seven-course tasting dinner (with paired wines).
We started with this Chicken Liver Parfait paired with an excellent Californian Chardonnay and finished with port (extra) to accompany a Chocolate Cremeaux made with Valrhona chocolate - a fitting end to a memorable day!
