A horrible damp, misty, rainy day with a choppy dangerous sea.

In college where we talked about corporate culture.

Firstly we defined what is culture (Kluckholm 1951); why it is important and how it binds people together but not always positively).

We looked at Irish culture (easy for a class of 16 Irish people)

Then American culture

Then British culture

and some interesting observations were made.

Then corporate culture; sense of belonging; don’t step outside the culture of corporate family ; Apple in China; the Quakers (Bournville; Titus Salt)

Nipped down to the beach at lunch time. Bray Head never showed up for work today and rain drops on my camera phone lens make for a miserable, lonely, desolate image. And this evening, it’s still raining
