It has been a raw day with intermittent snow showers, a light skin of snow lying but not much.

Had Keep Fit this morning and it felt good to be exercising in the nice warm area.  Afterwards headed home for lunch, and then in the afternoon we had a cold walk down at Rouken Glen, and while Bob headed for the coffee, I went to the Falls to get a photo.....A cuppa in their very comortable Boathouse Cafe was very welcome!  

On the way home we visited Pat in her care home.  Haven't been for a while as I didn't want to take our germs to her, but today was fine.  So warm there, but I realise it is necessary for the 'inmates'.
